Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies only to physical products purchased through our online Shop (supplements and related wellness products). It does not apply to our health transformation programs, consultations, or any digital resources, which are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping. Programs and services are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders placed through our Shop are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partner within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Processing times may occasionally be longer during high-demand periods, sales, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Timelines

We currently ship only within India. Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro cities & towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote / rural pin codes: 7–10 business days

These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, regional disruptions, courier capacity, or incorrect/incomplete address details provided at checkout.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value and will be clearly displayed before you complete payment. We may offer free shipping above a specified order value from time to time, as indicated on the Shop page.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) via email and/or phone. You may also contact us directly using the details below for an update on your order status.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Undeliverable Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will coordinate with our courier partner to locate and resolve the issue.

Shipments returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unavailability of the recipient after multiple delivery attempts may be subject to re-shipping charges before a second attempt is made.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number, so we can investigate and arrange a resolution with our courier or fulfillment partner.
