1. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable due to the highly customized and personalized nature of our health and nutrition programs. Once a program has been initiated or purchased, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all our services including but not limited to:

  • Health transformation programs (Weight Loss, Diabetes Reversal, Thyroid Management, etc.)
  • Pregnancy and prenatal nutrition programs
  • Individual consultation sessions
  • Physical products purchased through our shop
  • Digital resources and diet plans

2. No Cancellation Policy

Once services are initiated, cancellation is not permitted. From the moment you enroll in a program or purchase any service, our team allocates dedicated resources, consultant time, and program infrastructure for your exclusive use. This allocation cannot be reversed.

If you interrupt or stop your ongoing programme for any reason — including but not limited to pregnancy, illness, travel, personal circumstances, or change of mind — no refund may be granted. Any outstanding fees also remain due and payable.

3. Programme Continuity

Team Wild Stallion programs are designed for continuous participation to achieve optimal health outcomes. The personalized nature of our programs, including custom-created diet plans and weekly consultations, means that significant resources are allocated specifically for your transformation journey from the moment of enrollment.

4. Payment Terms

All programme fees must be paid in full as per the agreed payment schedule. Non-completion of the programme for any reason does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, nor does it release you from the obligation to pay any outstanding fees.

5. Chargeback Protection

Unauthorized chargebacks — where a client disputes a legitimate payment with their bank or payment provider — will be legally contested and may result in legal action under Indian law for recovery of the full payment amount plus damages, legal costs, and associated expenses.
