8. Arbitration Clause

• Conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon, or appointed in accordance with the Act.
• Held in Mohali, Punjab, India.
• Conducted in the English language.

The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Mohali, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these policies.
